About Me
I decided 2020 was the year to go vegan, but cooking is usually a struggle for me. Between juggling a full-time job, a freelance illustration job, a social life, and depression, I have little patience to spend a lot of time in the kitchen, and rarely have the energy for it. Having struggled with an eating disorder in the past, and the fact I still consider myself as ‘in recovery’, counting calories and strict portion control is a major no-no for me. So, I thought I’d fill a blog with bulk recipes that are so easy, even I can make them!
